TERMS AND CONDITIONS..
All rates are per night, in U.S. dollars, and include housekeeping service and access to all resort amenities. We do not charge "hidden fees".
Rates do not include 5.5% taxes.)

Holiday reservations require a minimum 2-night stay.
It is a Resort policy that at least one person of the party checking-in is 25 years or older.

We require credit card payments to make reservation. Under special circumstances, we will accept checks and/or bank deposits.
$150 dlls of the whole stay will be charged at the time the reservation is made.
The remaining will be charged at arrival.
It is important that you clearly understand our policy for refunds, cancellations and changes.
150 USD cancellation fee for reservations cancelled 11 days or more prior to the arrival date.
In case of cancelling within 10 days of the arrival date, all amounts paid are forfeit.
All cancellations MUST BE made via email, in addition to calling a reservations executive.
Any changes to your reservation will result in a processing fee. There will be no changes allowed within 10 days of your arrival.
There are no refunds for early departures. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS for holiday dates which includes Spring Break.

With special permission, one additional person beyond the maximum occupancy may stay in each suite for an additional charge of $50 U.S. plus 5.5% taxes.
