“This is a sweet little resort on the Sea of Cortez! This is a condo complex, so every "suite" is unique. The furnishings are very upscale: Suede couch, loveseat, nice dining table, huge TV in the living room with DVD player and stereo, flat screen TV in the master bedroom with a DVD player!
While sitting on the huge terrace, we spotted dolphins and a whale just off shore! The condo features were wonderful with granite countertops, a soaking tub, great shower, and fully equipped kitchen. The resort had everything you need: pools, beautiful landscaping, walk to the beach, ocean views, a fitness room, internet access, and a poolside grill. We had a great time!”

“I love this resort town, which is an easy drive from San Diego. We went here instead of CABO this year to save money on the airfare, as we could drive. We had a great time. My husband went fishing one day and caught so many fish they ran out of bait. The condo complex was super clean and the security was very good. The units are spacious and had great views. We saw the heated pool being cleaned every day; there is a water slide and a huge Jacuzzi that is VERY HOT - just how it should be. There is a new little restaurant on site that served great food - our favorite was the bacon wrapped shrimp. Very nice! We can't wait to bring the kids to this paradise.”

“We just returned from a 3-day weekend at Las Palomas Resort where we rented a 1bedroom/1bath condo. We found the property to be exceptionally clean, welcoming and filled with all of the amenities we could ask for. The condo we rented had a fantastic ocean and sunset view from the family room, master bedroom and balcony, and was plenty spacious for us and our three kids once we put the sleeper sofa to use. The main pool is beautiful and huge and lots of fun for both toddlers and older kids as they offer a wading pool with small slide and larger water slide for swimmers. The smaller pool by our tower was almost always empty when we used it and was also warm and lovely. The onsite bar and grill had great food and wonderful service. We were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the beach was and the water was the perfect temperature. We enjoyed the fish market area with shops and great seafood restaurants. We can't wait to go back and will definitely stay at Las Palomas Resort again!”

“In regards to the December 16, 2006 wedding of Amy Smith and John Jacobs at Las Palomas Resort, both Amy and John felt that the event was handled extremely well. From the chairs to the surprise flowered arch, the planning and execution of the event details was handled expertly and cordially by the wedding coordinator. Even in the face of last-minute requests, he was nothing but positive, professional, and capable.
The facilities for weddings offered by Las Palomas Resort were ideal: the tasteful banquet chairs, the ability to coordinate flowers and cakes, and even the ability to bring in a tent and heaters in case of bad weather were all major factors in the decision to use Las Palomas for the wedding.
The guests had a wonderful time at the event, and those that stayed in the condo’s (about 30 guests) were unanimously impressed with the Las Palomas Resort facilities and lifestyle. Several were overheard discussing future trips to Las Palomas Resort, and at least two families remarked that after staying there, they’d love to have a home in Las Palomas Resort.
In summary, John and Amy were satisfied with their wedding as Las Palomas Resort. They would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone considering a beach wedding. The event planning staff is competent and thorough, and combined with the reasonable price for the services rendered; Las Palomas Resort offers an unbeatable value for a destination wedding that truly left all involved with memories to be cherished.”
